Irie Jamaican Cuisine is a military owner catering company currently based out of Tacoma Washington USA. The company caters to not only Jamaicans but everyone in the pursuits of a tiny bit of the island, that represents what many generalize as the Caribbean. IJC goal, is for you to experience “Paradise and Perfection” in every flavor your taste-buds encounter. IJC’s growth was not by mere chance, as it speaks
to a legacy that not many have a palette to refuse.
Irie Jamaica Cuisine is the brainchild of owner Stacy-Ann Campbell. Growing up
in the streets of urban Jamaica, she not only learnt from an early age, but began mastering what had always been her passion, and her love of cooking Authentic Jamaican food. So, if we are to be politically correct, what is now known as Irie Jamaican Cuisine, was birthed from as early as age of nine as soon as Stacy could see above her grandmother’s stove!
The company specializes in corporate events, intimate family functions and caters to birthday parties, office events, Unit events, anniversary celebrations, wedding receptions, house openings... etc. Each dish is prepared here in Washington but boasts a distinct difference, the authentic taste of Jamaica. Ingredients are imported from the Island, as it is Stacy’s belief that “it isn’t authentic unless the spices and seasonings are produced in the land of Wood and Water (The Beautiful Island Jamaica)”. Sparing no cost to ensure that her marinating process and prep work smells like Grandma Campbell’s kitchen back home in Jamaica.
Irie Jamaica Cuisine boasts professional services backed by competent staff who represent Jamaican culture and warmth in every aspect. It is Irie Jamaica Cuisine’s mission to not only educate but to impact the world by providing incomparable experiences along with delicious, wholesome and a 100% Authentic Jamaican experience through its food and services.
